Chris Winch

Founder of Chronon Bio


As the founder of Chronon Bio, a start-up that helps small and niche innovative CROs and CDMOs maximize their expertise and resources in the therapeutic R&D and commercialization market, I leverage my 25+ years of experience and passion for the life sciences sector. I have a proven track record of leading global sales and marketing teams, introducing novel services, and spearheading strategic initiatives in the ATMP and biotech industry.


Prior to founding Chronon Bio, I was the senior commercial director at Fusion Antibodies, where I played a pivotal role in repositioning the company from an antibody humanization specialist to a comprehensive full-service business. I also successfully secured significant licensing deals with prominent pharmaceutical and biotech companies, generating substantial revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. I hold a DMS in Business Administration and Management from Kingston University and a BSc in Toxicology from De Montfort University. I am also a Squared Online graduate, a digital marketing leadership course developed by Google and AVADO.

Jodi Barrientos

CEO of Ribbon Biolabs 


Jodi Barrientos, CEO of Ribbon Biolabs in Santa Clara, California, boasts a rich 17-year career in biotechnology. With expertise in commercial excellence and digital transformation, she previously held key roles at Agilent Technologies, Qiagen, and Roche Diagnostics. Jodi, a former bench scientist, holds a BS in Biology from Purdue University Fort Wayne and is dedicated to mentoring in STEM while balancing her career with motherhood. Passionate about innovation, she leads Ribbon Biolabs, driving growth and addressing dynamic market needs in biotechnology.

Becky Buzzeo

Becky Buzzeo, Senior VP and CCO at Maravai Life Sciences in Boston, boasts a seasoned sales leadership background.
